PE Weights Prerequisites & Description

Grade Level 10-12
B or better in PE Individual and PE Team

The goal of this class is to continue to educate students so they can successfully design and efficient and sound resistance training program. The focus is on correct exercise and technique,program design and safety.Students will learn anatomy ,exercise physiology and nutrition as it releases to obtaining optimal health.
